About me

I was born and raised in Italy and later moved to Switzerland, where I learned to navigate the complexities of being an expat. Growing up, I discovered that I was naturally empathetic, with an ability to sense and connect deeply with others. This innate receptiveness shaped my path toward becoming a psychologist. My greatest joy is helping others grow, transform their lives, and uncover their resilience.

I specialize in dynamic clinical psychology, dialectical behavioral therapy, and autogenic training. These approaches allow me to tailor our work to your unique needs.
